Our Quality Inspection Process
Every shipment from Janata Global Export undergoes a structured quality verification process to ensure products meet international buyer requirements and applicable standards.
Specification Review
Before sourcing begins, we review all buyer specifications: diameter, gauge, zinc coating, tensile strength, grade, applicable standard (ASTM/BS/IS), and packaging requirement. No ambiguity, no surprises.
Verified Manufacturer Sourcing
We source only from Indian manufacturers with verified production capabilities and documented quality management systems. Manufacturer selection is based on product type and specification match.
Mill Test Certificate (MTC)
Mill Test Certificates are obtained for all steel and metal products confirming chemical composition and mechanical properties. Provided as standard for most product lines.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
Dimensional checks, weight verification, coating thickness measurements and visual inspection are performed before packing. Third-party inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas or similar can be arranged on buyer request.
Packaging Standards
Products are packed to buyer specifications and destination requirements: coil, spool, pallet, bundle or drum. Export-grade packaging materials used for all ocean freight shipments.
Complete Documentation Set
We provide a full commercial document set: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin (COO), Bill of Lading, Mill Test Certificate, and any additional certificates required by the destination country.

Global Logistics
Port-to-Port Export Logistics from India
We coordinate the complete export logistics process — from factory to your destination port — using India's top shipping ports and established freight partners.
Factory-to-Port Transport
Goods are transported from the Indian manufacturer to the designated port (Mundra / JNPT / Vizag) by our logistics partners.
Containerization & Stuffing
Goods are packed, weighed and containerized at CFS or factory. Stuffing is supervised to ensure damage-free loading.
Customs Clearance & Filing
Export customs documentation is filed using our IEC code. Shipping Bill, Export Declaration and all required forms processed by our CHA.
B/L & Shipping Docs
Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO and MTC are sent to buyer within 5–7 working days of vessel departure.
Destination Port Arrival
Container is tracked and ETA provided. We support buyer's customs clearance process with all necessary supplementary documentation.
Mundra Port
India's largest private port. Primary dispatch point for GCC and Gulf destinations. Short transit time to UAE and Saudi Arabia.
JNPT (Nhava Sheva)
Jawaharlal Nehru Port, Mumbai — India's busiest container port. Excellent connectivity to global shipping lines for worldwide destinations.
Vizag Port
Visakhapatnam Port — close to our Hyderabad base. Ideal for bulk steel and metal cargo. Strong connectivity to East Africa and South Asia.

FOB
Free On Board
Seller delivers goods on board the vessel at the named Indian port. Buyer takes responsibility from that point. Most common for experienced importers.
CIF
Cost, Insurance & Freight
Seller covers cost, insurance and freight to destination port. Buyer handles import clearance and delivery. Popular for Gulf importers.
CFR
Cost & Freight
Like CIF but without insurance. Seller pays freight, buyer arranges cargo insurance independently. Flexible option for buyers with preferred insurers.
EXW
Ex Works
Buyer collects from the factory. Seller has minimum obligations. Suitable for buyers with their own freight forwarders in India.
DAP
Delivered At Place
Seller delivers goods at a named destination. Buyer handles import duties. Available on request for select destinations.
